Our client, a leading medical law and specialist personal injury team, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their exceptional Personal Injury team in Bristol. With a genuine desire to work in a collaborative and high-performing team environment, you will have the opportunity to offer specialised advice and support to vulnerable individuals, making a significant impact in transformative legal matters.

The Role:

As a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer, you will play an integral role in bolstering the reputation of our flourishing Personal Injury team. You will engage with a diverse range of new and existing cases, while also taking part in various Business Development initiatives. Collaborating with Partners and team members, you will supervise junior fee earners, enhancing our Personal Injury service and expanding our client base.

Your experience:

To excel in this role, you should hold the position of an Associate or a Senior Associate, boasting a demonstrated track record and expertise in Personal Injury law. Strong organisational skills, initiative, and a keen interest in personal injury cases are essential. Your ability to forge robust client relationships, exhibit excellent communication skills, and contribute to our charitable endeavours will be highly valued. Experience in business development, marketing, and acquiring new clients will also be beneficial.
