A Senior Residential Real Estate Solicitor is wanted to make a progressive career move to a mid-sized, legal 500 ranked London based commercial law firm. Applications are invited from positively charged and personable Residential Real Estate Solicitors with upwards of 5 years’ experience across general conveyancing, new build and landlord and tenant matters. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and interview performance.
The successful Residential Real Estate Solicitor will join a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked commercial law firm, acting for a varied client base that will include HNW individuals, investors, developers, and landlords. Working alongside a team pushing 20 in size, the Residential Real Estate Solicitor will manage a varied caseload that will include sales and purchases or property and land, including options and conditional contracts, residential landlord and tenant with some commercial, leasehold extensions, and property finance. Some supervisory responsibility is envisaged, and the successful candidate will also help promote and develop the department’s services.
