Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global leader in investment management with deep expertise in private and public markets. This is a highly established firm that has been in operation for over 50 years with over 20 offices across the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US. We're looking to secure a Senior Benefits Manager for EMEA and APAC, to be based in London, initially to join on a 12 month contract due to some business transformation projects. Reporting into the Head of Benefits in APAC you'll take a lead on all EMEA benefits with the support of an Analyst. Depending on your expertise with employee benefits in APAC, you'll all contribute to activities in this jurisdiction. The coverage includes over 13 countries and encompasses insurance benefits, pensions and looking after their flexible benefits offering. As well as looking after the day-to-day activities and typical duties you would associate with employee benefits management, you'll also be a key player in delivering strategic projects. Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of all employee benefits across EMEA and APAC (Pensions, Risk, Wellbeing, Perks, Health)
  • Evaluate the benefits offering and complete benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness against the market
  • Collaborates with HRBPs and various other stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and communications to the business
  • Resolves complex benefits queries
  • Scope, design and implement new benefits
  • Responsible for managing pension plans in various countries such as the UK, Ireland and Switzerland and ensure compliance against any changes in legislation
  • Ensure effective processes are in place and harmonisation across countries where possible
  • Advises on all employee benefits matters and act as the SME
  • Oversees administration of benefit processes such as invoicing
  • Manages vendor relationships and renewals
  • Contribute to various reward projects as appropriate

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience with EMEA benefits management and will ideally also have expertise with APAC benefits. It's essential that you have pensions experience and can give examples of delivering on a variety of employee benefits projects. You should have been operating at Manager level or above and be able to own the role and work independently with just occasional strategic direction from the Head of Department. You should be able to effectively engage with global senior stakeholder and also come with HR systems experience. You should benefits platform savvy and be happy being hands-on. The role is a 12 month contract initially so you'll ideally be available on short notice and must be committed to that period. The role will offer a competitive salary between £80-110k depending on experience plus benefits. They offer hybrid working out of their central London office.
