About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager on behalf of a leading professional services firm . This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of the entire bid management process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, winning bids that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bid Life-cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification through to bid submission and post-bid evaluation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather the necessary information and insights for each bid.

- Content Development: Develop and write compelling bid responses, ensuring all proposals are tailored to meet the client's specific needs and requirements.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all bids are compliant, accurate, and reflect the company’s values and strengths.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvements in the bid process to enhance efficiency and success rates.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform bid strategies.

- Experience: Proven track record in bid management within the professional services sector.

- Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Collaboration: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and respond to opportunities and challenges.
