This is a key position within the delegated authority team, offering responsibility across the full lifecycle of binding authority contracts and the chance to influence how data and processes are managed across the business.

Key responsibilities:
Overseeing the setup and ongoing management of binding authority contracts and bordereaux
Acting as a key liaison between underwriting teams and third-party service providers
Ensuring data is accurately mapped, validated and reported into internal systems
Supporting the integration of new systems, tools and regulatory requirements
Monitoring binder compliance and escalating issues where needed
Driving improvements in reporting via tools such as Power BI
Supporting strategic projects and developing best practice across the delegated authority space
What you’ll need:
Solid experience in delegated authority within the Lloyd’s market
A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging across functions
Familiarity with bordereaux systems and delegated data tools such as DDM or Tide is ideal
Comfortable working independently while also contributing to wider team objectives
