Our client, a worldwide recognised brand, is looking to recruit a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join the team based in Havant. You must be within commutable distance to this office as attendance will be required 3 days per week.

As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you be passionate about the brand and obsessed with the customer. You will be accountable for the creation and execution of the multichannel marketing calendar and will be responsible for everything from high-level campaign conception to the delivery of marketing content across channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced working environment and be able to turn your hand to anything.

Responsibilities

  • Devise, manage and deliver seasonal marketing calendar, taking into account brand campaign, customer mindset & moments as well as product and trading activity
  • Work with the Head of Creative and Studio & Location Manager to own all seasonal marketing campaigns from concept to multichannel execution, bringing our brand DNA to life and driving customer reach, retention and acquisition
  • Co-ordinate & deliver impactful & effective marketing activity, on time and within budget across all channels including web, email, social and POS content, working with the Content, Ecomm and Retail Ops teams to ensure optimal execution
  • React to trade performance, working at pace to deliver new activity across channels to optimise performance
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to devise and execute the social media strategy, with clear objectives & KPIs for each channel including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Build a highly engaged and fast-growing community of brand advocates that align with the brand DNA and values
  • Alongside the Social Media & PR Manager, work with external PR agency to devise & execute an engaging PR strategy (including live events) that gets everyone talking about our brand, our product & our values
  • Inspire and develop a brand marketing team, including content, copy, social and PR to drive a vibrant, creative culture championing continuous improvement and innovation across every touchpoint Be a complete brand advocate, leading by example and working with all teams across the business to ensure everything we do is on brand
  • Understand the brand’s growth ambitions and use customer insight to ensure we are constantly connecting with our customers

Skills and Abilities

  • Significant marketing experience with bundles of creative and copy ideas bursting with ideas, from big campaigns & concepts to small improvements with an ability to achieve consistent, high-quality results
  • Proven track record of executing a marketing calendar with a pro-active, hands on approach
  • Experience in brand marketing, knowing how to translate brand DNA, values and seasonal content across channels to engage customers most effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn your hand to support any function required to drive trading activity and turn brand and product messaging into customer facing content
  • A history of building high performing teams with an energetic, innovative, and infectious style
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work to tight deadlines and budgets

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week

Salary

£48,000 - £55,000
