This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Physics Engineer who is looking to progress to a senior level by joining a multidisciplined team within a building services consultancy based in London.
Role responsibilities include:
- Provide building energy consumption and embodied carbon services across all stages of their projects
- Be a key figure in spreading the clients' key values at meetings and professional network conventions
- Identify and obtain opportunities for the client to enhance personal career development and enhancement
The ideal Senior Building Physics Engineer will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a Building Physics or Sustainability engineering role
- Educational background within a sustainability or engineering discipline
- Ideally have a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor accreditation with experience displaying EPCs for residential, non-domestic, and commercial properties
- Proficient in IES-VE software to carryout energy modelling and overheating analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
