Senior Building Physics Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Physics Engineer who is looking to progress to a senior level by joining a multidisciplined team within a building services consultancy based in London.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Provide building energy consumption and embodied carbon services across all stages of their projects
  • Be a key figure in spreading the clients' key values at meetings and professional network conventions
  • Identify and obtain opportunities for the client to enhance personal career development and enhancement

The ideal Senior Building Physics Engineer will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a Building Physics or Sustainability engineering role
  • Educational background within a sustainability or engineering discipline
  • Ideally have a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor accreditation with experience displaying EPCs for residential, non-domestic, and commercial properties
  • Proficient in IES-VE software to carryout energy modelling and overheating analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
