Senior Building Surveyor - Partnership opportunity within a few years for the right individual!
My client are an independent Construction Consultancy, with over 40 years' of expertise in the industry and strong team of 22, mixed between Building Surveyors and Architectural Technologists.
This is an opportunity for a self-sufficient Senior Building Surveyor, who would consider Partnership in their near future.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out a range of service lines, with a focus being contract administration and specification writing for a wide variety of projects in the residential, healthcare, education sectors, with clients such as the Royal Mail.
Person specification
- MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
- RICS accredited degree
- A construction consultancy background (essential)
- Confident in contract administration and spec writing
- Good communication - both written and verbal
