A recognised and well-respected building consultancy are looking for a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
This role provides the Senior Building Surveyor with the opportunity to work both autonomously as well as within a close-knit, people focused team.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be exposed to a wide variety of both professional and project related services, across a range of markets within the built environment.
The Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from joining an established consultancy, currently experiencing a period of growth, with a move to larger office coming up, showcasing their recent successes and making this a really exciting time to join.
Person specification
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual, ambitious to add value and support growth.
- A full UK driving license
- MRICS qualification is ideal but NOT essential
- Previous consultancy experience, both professional and project ideally
