A reputable, multi-disciplinary private practice is currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
This role provides a unique opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to primarily engage in projects within the insurance and residential sectors, working closely with local authorities and housing associations.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from joining an extremely successful business, with a huge presence across the UK, and continuous plans for growth, making this an exciting time to join.

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious and open-minded individual with the drive to succeed, no matter what.
- Experience within the insurance & residential sectors is beneficial but not essential
- Ideally chartered with MRICS
- Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
