A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy are looking for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from exposure to a wide variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, life science, retail, public & automotive/infrastructure.
In addition to supporting a diverse project portfolio, the Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for assisting the current team in providing the full scope of professional services.
This role offers an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor with the opportunity for swift progression to an Associate level position, with comprehensive support and development in place.
Person specification
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will hopefully be a driven and career-focused individual with both project and professional experience behind them.
- RICS Accredited Degree
- MRICS is ideal but not essential
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred
