Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will access a full profile of commercial, retail and industrial properties for investor clients across Central London.

Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be to carry out the full spectrum of services from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.

Person specification

This role will suit a purpose driven Senior Building Surveyor, who is a confident communicator both written and verbally, who works well with others.

• MRICS qualified
• RICS accredited degree ideally in Building Surveying or property related field
• Well-rounded experience, particularly within professional service lines
• Ability/ experience in managing and supporting junior Surveyors
