Senior Building Surveyor
A small, family-feel Building Surveying practice are looking for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to join the Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will step into a significant position, responsible for the delivery of a range of high-end projects, across numerous sectors including retail, healthcare, education, hospitality and office.
As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will hopefully have a level of involvement in team development, offering support and guidance to the junior members of the team.
This role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to get stuck into a wide variety of responsibilities, allowing for significant career enhancement and development.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a well-rounded individual with some management experience behind them.
- MRICS is beneficial but not essential
- Both project and professional experience
- Consultancy background is preferred
