Senior Building Surveyor
A professional and well-established construction and property consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to join the Manchester team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing both project management and contract administration services for a variety of high profile fit-out, refurbishment and new build schemes, up to £20m.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the wider business, including business development and networking duties, as well as supporting the team, with a focus on the APC level individuals.

The Senior Building Surveyor
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will hopefully be an intelligent individual, keen to take on a wide variety of duties.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Previous consultancy experience
- Project management & contract administration experience is beneficial
