My client are a global consultancy, seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Surrey based team of 16, working with an exciting portfolio of private and public sector clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent Senior Building Surveyor, who operates well in larger teams and is keen to continue their progression.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver the full suite of building surveying service lines, for number of high profile private and public sector clients, with projects ranging from refurbishment to retrofit schemes.

Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will carry out project management and contract administration, whilst working collaboratively with a diverse team to provide first class service to your clients.

Person specification

This role will suit a well-rounded, project driven Senior Building Surveyor who takes pride in their work and is commericially-minded.

• MRICS qualified
• RICS accredited degree
• A construction focused background, with public sector experience would be beneficial
• A project delivery focus, with sound contract administration experience
• Strong written ability
• UK driving license
