Proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in Birmingham in their search for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join them on a 16 month Fixed Term Contract. Paying £54,395 base + 40 days paid annual leave + 14.5% Pension contribution. 1 day a week on site is the expectation.

Main duties:

- Provide a full lifecycle Business Analysis Service through the lens of discovery, design, development and delivery
- Support the development of business cases to establish viability of opportunities
- Define processes from both the As-Is and To-Be perspectives
- Own the requirements engineering (elucidation, analysis documentation and management) process for portfolios of activities
- Facilitate the design of solutions that meet or exceed the expectations of customer
- Contribute to the development of solutions that deliver to time, cost and quality parameter
- Evaluate direct and indirect stakeholder's interest and influence
- Conduct internal and external environment scanning
- Collaborate on the implementation of the wider business change lifecycle
- Establish business performance management metrics
- Assist in benefits realisation activities

Person Specification:

- Demonstrable working experience of high profile and value business transformations
- Thorough grounding in Business Analysis methodology and techniques
- Innovative approach to problem solving
- High calibre communication skills
- Adept in business process improvement
- Commitment to innovation and improvement
- Proficient in organisational and prioritisation
- Understanding of user experience analysis
- Appreciation of cloud platforms and technologies
- Awareness of current approaches to managing business information
