Senior Business Analyst opportunity with a top Financial Institute based in the Lake District.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing change management strategies and analysing banking products, specifically current accounts and savings accounts. If you have experience with user stories and process maps alongside knowledge of these financial sectors, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience working as a business analyst within the finance sector

Skills:

Change Management - Manage changes effectively by identifying potential risks that could arise from implementation processes.
Banking or Finance - Have extensive understanding on how banks operate; having worked previously at one would be highly regarded.
Current Accounts & Savings Accounts - Understand different types of bank account services offered including interest rates earned over time etc.,
Banking Products - Be knowledgeable about various loan options available such as personal loans mortgages among others provided by banks .
User Stories & Process Maps - Use techniques like User Story Mapping which helps identify key requirements needed when creating software solutions based around customer needs using Agile methodology

Salary:
Up to £60,000 + Benefits - This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract
