Experience

  • 5 years B2B sales experience.
  • Someone who can innovate and work in a fast-paced call Centre environment
  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills.
  • Proven relationship builder, with the ability to sell, objection handle and close.
  • Self-motivated, able to remain positive and focused when under pressure.
  • Motivated to hit sales targets and make money.
  • Team player who can inspire and motivate those around them.

Role: Senior Business Development Executive/Telesales - Energy experience essential

Location: Leicester - Leicester - Hybrid - 2/3 days office

Salary: £28-30k with a guaranteed £5k commission structure and when you hit your targets, earn an OTE of £55k per annum (Uncapped).
