Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: UK - Remote
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Basic - up to £160,000 OTE

Senior Business Development Manager - Organization Overview: A leading UK provider of comprehensive legal software solutions.

Senior Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish networks for lead generation, maintain a business pipeline, and engage in new business hunting.
  • Understand and align client business issues with the legal software solutions provided.
  • Engage in ABM activities, attend events, and draft business cases.
  • Use market knowledge for consultative selling and meet KPIs.
  • Prepare sales bids, manage sales cycles, handle RFP responses, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, collaborate with team members, participate in initiatives, and undertake additional duties as requested.

Senior Business Development Manager - Qualifications:

  • Strong experience selling into C-suite and partner-level decision-makers in SME-level legal firms.
  • Strong experience in selling legal software solutions, including practice management, document management, case management, billing, AI and automation, security services, and cloud-based products.
  • Experience in lead generation, maintaining a business pipeline, and new business hunting.
  • Ability to align client business issues with software solutions.
  • Skilled in ABM activities, event attendance, and drafting business cases.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and market knowledge.
  • Proficient in preparing sales bids, managing sales cycles, handling RFPs, and achieving revenue targets.
