Hugely successful US law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead on business development plans across their flagship Corporate Transactional groups for their London & EMEA regions.

Salary circa 110k DOE + competitive benefits package

Offices located close to Liverpool St

4 days office based, 1 day remote

Reporting into the Global Director of Business Development, the Senior Business Development Manager will lead on all strategic BD plans for the Private Equity M&A groups. The firm has fantastic pedigree on the global stage and the incoming Senior BD Manager will collaborate with all Partners in London and have on the ground support from a collaborative BD team and the Central Marketing division as well as Business Services Heads.

Duties will typically involve leading on coaching and guidance to Partners in all aspects of thought leadership, client relationship management, generating new business leads and identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities. There is the support of a BD Manager and BD Coordinator as well as dedicated Bids, Marketing and PR teams. Additionally, there are a number of exciting projects planned to improve the firm’s already world class reputation.

The client requires the services of a legal industry experienced Business Development Manager currently operating in a Corporate BD team within a recognised City law firm.

Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' current law firm BD experience working with Partners in a City law firm, preferable focusing on corporate transactional finance as well as managerial responsibilities.

You will possess strong academics, marketing qualifications as well as be results driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer. Additionally, you will be an exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for creative solutions to traditional challenges.
