Senior C# Software Engineer / Developer WFH / London to £120k

Would you like to take ownership, make the technical decisions and remain hands-on with code?

You could be joining a small, specialist Hedge Fund with £1 billion under management.

As a Senior C# Software Engineer you'll collaborate with business users to build the solutions they need, working end-to-end across the full development lifecycle. Typically, you'll be analysing the current monolith systems, making strategic technology recommendations for improvements and helping to deliver a long term strategic project to re-engineer the data analytics platform using modern technologies such as .Net Core, microservices and distributed systems engineering.

Location / WFH Policy:

You'll join a small group of accomplished entrepreneurs with flexibility to work from home most of the time, meeting up with the team in North London on Thursdays.

About you:

• You have advanced C# .Net development skills
• You have a good working knowledge and experience with microservices, distributed systems engineering, Azure Cloud infrastructure
• You have a good understanding of modern SQL database solutions
• You have experience of working on financial / trading systems
• You have experience of working in small teams and across the full development lifecycle
• You have strong analysis and problem solving skills
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You are degree educated in Computer Science or closely related discipline and will likely have studied to MSc or PhD level
