Atrium Recruitment is currently supporting a reputable Residential Care Home in their search for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Nights). We are looking for compassionate individuals with significant experience in the care sector, particularly in supporting residents with Dementia.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide personal care and support to residents.
·Administer and monitor medications.
·Maintain and update care plans.
·Train and supervise junior and new staff members under the guidance of senior staff.
·Assist residents with their physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs.
·Ensure residents' comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
·Conduct regular checks on residents as directed by senior staff.
 
Requirements:
·Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
·Medication administration training.
·Proven experience in supporting residents with dementia.
·Legal right to work in the UK.
·Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant care setting.
