Senior Carer - Field Care Supervisor

Duties of the role:

• Ensuring continuity of delivery of quality care at all times
• To work effectively with all colleagues both in the office and in the community
• To carry out support visits and supervisions and encourage personal development
• Ensuring care and support plans are regularly reviewed and updated
• To carry out risk assessments in the clients home
• To carry out audits of MARS and communication logs
• Liaising with other professionals regarding individual care and support
• Liaising with clients families when needed
• Ensuring clients are involved in all decisions relating to their care and support
• Being flexible to meet the needs of the business including being part of the duty on call rota and supporting with scheduling if required
