Senior CDM Principal Designer: Salary Package (including car allowance) £50-60K + Other Benefits - depending upon relevant experience

Location: Bracknell\Mostly Home Based with some site visits

The Role

Are you an experienced Senior CDM Principal Designer? Do you possess appropriate construction knowledge, with membership of a relevant professional institution? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are a construction consultancy, with considerable specialisation in CDM & H&S, looking to appoint a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join our excellent team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience acting as a CDM Principal Designer to fulfil this position with current membership of the Association for Project Safety with minimum of IMaPS but CMaPS preferred, together with excellent IT skills.

Lesser experience will be considered for a CDM Principal Designer role. This is a great opportunity to join this growing company.

This position is offered on a permanent role full-time. A standard six-month probationary period will start from the date of commencement of employment.

Subject to your location, ideally Midlands down to M4 corridor, the position is flexibly based from home, following an initial induction period at the Bracknell office.

Travel will be required to carry out surveys, attend site visits etc. Overnight stays may also be required, where appropriate, in order to fulfil the role. Travel to the Bracknell office for initial training, induction and team meetings and project co-ordination may also be required.

A full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
