MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE / WITHIN c1 MONTH
Responsibility:
- Take responsibility for management reporting, producing annual budgets and forecasting cycles, and ad hoc analysis and modelling for strategic decision making.
- Ownership of the integrated business planning model, ensuring integrity of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow, and implementing improvements over time.
- Business partnering across the business to aid commercial decision making at the highest levels.
- To be the cashflow expert of the commercial finance function - both forward and backwards looking.
- Track and drive performance of Investment Projects.
- Provide the FD and CFO with a monthly performance pack containing analysis of the business unit performance.
- Production of the monthly board report to Group, and maintenance of monthly financial model.
- Involvement in many ad-hoc business initiatives; providing commercial challenges and analytical support.
- Improving the commerciality and financial awareness of non-finance teams.
- Provide support to MD, FD and Director of Commercial Finance on ad-hoc projects and tasks, as required.
About You:

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Retail and E-Commerce Commercial experience (Essential)

Stakeholder Management - Manage and influence stakeholders
-
Franchise experience - highly desirable

Multi-site and multi-departmental experience preferred

Advanced Excel Skills

Business Partnering - Cross functional experience, partnering to develop and align reporting, KPIs & analysis (Excellent)

An expert communicator and confident explaining complicated models to non-finance people
