Senior Commercial Finance Manager

This role offers significant senior stakeholder exposure and combines commercial analysis and insights to generate business growth and maximise opportunities.

Senior Commercial Finance Manager:

• Business partnering with the Operations and Sales teams, with significant exposure to the Group Finance Director.
• Provide decision support to initiatives and projects supporting the delivery of targets through insightful analysis and idea generation.
• Interpret and challengecurrent & future trading plans.
• Support the sales team in new business case evaluations, ensuring all proposals are commercially evaluated and challenged.
• Deliver key business reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, with some exposure to Board-level presentations.
• Prepare the financial planning and budgeting process within timescales.
• Ad-hoc project work.

Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• 2-3 years' experience in a commercially focused, business partnering role.
• Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Salary & Package:

• £70,000 - £75,000.
• Discretionary bonus.
