Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Lead to work on behalf of our trusted Defence client based near Northolt and Camberley, England.

Immediate starts available - Possible Temp-To-Perm Opportunity for right candidate.

Main duties

  • As a Senior Commercial Lead you will sit within the Core Services Business Unit - Working on the Planned, low value additional works contracts for Hard Services on their MOD Built Estate FM Services contract.
  • Key areas the role will have a strong focus on are - procurement management, contract & financial management. They are specifically looking for a candidate that has some knowledge / experience within Quantity Surveying or being RICS Accredited.
  • You will be required to liaise with teams across the South East region, London and Home Counties Hampshire. With a primary focus around Northolt and Sandhurst.
  • Candidate will need to understand Service contracts and how they wok
  • Will need to have BPSS clearance

Work Address - Within the M25/M35 corridor, Northolt and Camberley

* Start date - ASAP

* Assignment duration - 6 Months

* Day rate (Contract) - £360 to £430 per day.

* Rate of pay (Salary - £75,000 to £90,000 per annum (experience dependant).

* Hours of work - Monday-Friday: 8.30am - 5pm
