Salary: £42,432.69 (£46,737.40 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Pattern: Hybrid

The difference you will make as Senior Compliance Officer
In this role you will monitor the delivery of services associated with Riverside managed heating networks (inc energy supply),communal water distribution installations and ventilation systems. This including the delivery of relevant contracts, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and the implementation of an effective risk management approach to compliance within the Group. Act as the group competent person
Ideally in this role you will be supporting the Contracts Manager in the development, implementation and review of the Compliance Management model for heat networks (inc energy supply, metering & billing contracts) communal water distribution and ventilation systems. This includes the development of policies, procedures and guidance on behalf of the Group, including the provision of training for colleagues, taking into account up to date legislation, amendments to codes of practice, health and safety requirements and industry best practice, proactively adopting new and innovative ideas and solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the service.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- knowledge of effective management arrangements for heat networks and complex water distribution and ventilation systems within Social Housing, including government and industry guidance, British standards and building regulations,
- Experience of successfully undertaking the role of competent person for compliance with legislative, regulatory or governance requirements and best practice.
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent in at least one of the following
- Gas Engineer & Gas Safe registered
- Level 4 Gas Safety Management in Social Housing and membership of Gas Safety Managers or equivalent
- Professional qualification in building safety/ Compliance or Asset Management (Lv4 diploma Asset Compliance)
- Degree in Building/construction/asset management.
- Legionella Management C&G WH001/4 or P901
