Senior Contracts Administrator

Based in Towcester, please note this role is fully office-based.

£26,000-£30,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Our client is based in Towcester specialises in supplying and installing a wide range of fencing to suit all needs and locations, including perimeter security fencing systems, security gates, and automation or access control systems. They are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to support the team with Administration support dealing with Contract Managers and Suppliers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Project coordination.

· Creation of RAMs for all clients from database.

· Client updates (Labour bookings / Site Access)

· Ordering Materials/ Purchase Orders.

· Training schedule tracking & arranging renewals.

· Administration for contracts managers.

· Working with contracts managers to improve client satisfaction.

· Tracking costs/profitability.

· Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.

Previous Administration experience is required.
