Senior Contracts Manager

Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national property services/building maintenance contractor. They specialise in painting, property maintenance and refurbishments. As a result of their success, they are seeking a proven Senior Contracts Manager for their Warrington office.

Role:

To ensure all operational aspects of the branch and the related contracts are mobilised accordingly to help ensure they run smoothly.

You will be responsible for the control and management of supervisors, working foreman, direct operatives, and sub-contractors to ensure contracts are completed. You will also ensure all new projects/contracts have been allocated a management team including a Contracts Manager and Supervisor.

Essential:

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role and sector
  • Holds the relevant qualifications
  • Must hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ
  • Experience in leading a team of Contracts Managers
  • Essential to have experience of Planned Works/General Refurbishments/Kitchen & Bathrooms/Cyclical Decs contracts and working within Social Housing sector
  • Comfortable in overseeing CVRs & commercials
  • Essential to have experience of working with a Direct Labour Workforce
  • Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Must be flexible in hours of work and travel and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Package:

  • Salary - Between £50k-£60K
  • Other - Car Allowance £4k-6k
  • Bonus achievable if branch targets are hit
