About the Firm:

A key role has become available at a distinguished law firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses. Role Overview:

As a senior conveyancer, you will be responsible for the full residential conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, buy to let, transfer of equity, whilst also managing a small team working their own individual case-loads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage the Conveyancing department, setting strategic goals and driving performance.

- Mentor, supervise, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

2. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure the department adheres to all legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

- Stay abreast of changes in legislation and best practices, updating team knowledge and practices accordingly.

3. Client Service Delivery:

- Provide expert service on the full conveyancing process.

- Handle a case-load ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

4. Technology and Innovation:

- Champion the use of technology within the department to enhance efficiency and client service.

- Ensure the team is proficient with relevant legal software and case management systems.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and operational processes.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in legal software and case management systems.

- Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant applications.

- Professional Skills: - Excellent leadership and management abilities.

- Strong business development and client relationship skills.

- High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
