Job Opportunity: Senior Corporate Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Experience: PQE 6+ years


The Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 North East Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth strategy and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Contributing to business development initiatives to promote the growth of the Corporate team.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate law.
- Proven track record in managing and leading transactions.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant laws and market practices.
- Strong business development skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload, meeting strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a collaborative approach.
