Senior Credit Controller - Nottingham - Full-time Permanent - £28,000 - £32,000 - Hybrid Working

We are collaborating with a national business to recruit a Senior Credit Controller for their Nottingham City Centre office on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the credit control team as a Senior Credit Controller. While the position does not involve direct line management, you will mentor and train junior colleagues and assist in delegating the department's workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end debt reports
  • Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external queries, investigating and resolving them
  • Address aged debt issues, working closely with the team and independently
  • Support and guide junior staff members through training
  • Assist the Credit Control Manager in distributing the workload
  • Manage a pool of clients to effectively chase debt and collect payments

About You: If you have experience in credit control and are skilled in training and mentoring within a credit control team, we want to hear from you. While direct line management experience is not required, experience with delegation and workflow management would be advantageous.
