Your new company
My client, an established local organisation, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding finance department at their site located near Ipswich, Suffolk.


Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the key focus of this role will be managing the daily credit control function with key duties including:
- Reviewing and approving customer accounts and credit limits
- Building strong working relationships with customers and answering queries
- Chasing outstanding debt and providing excellent customer service to resolve issues
- Aged debtor reporting to Board and highlighting escalated accounts
- Assisting with cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Supporting with cash allocation

What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team who is confident managing high volume ledgers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential.


What you'll get in return
£30000 - £33000
Full-time hours: 8.30-5
Location: 15 minutes drive from central Ipswich and Stowmarket directions
