Senior Credit Risk Specialist- Up to £65k- Marlow (Hybrid)- Permanent

IN2 Consult is partnerign with an exciting FTSE listed organisation on the recruitment of a Senior Credit Risk Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role

has a lot of ownership of driving process improvement within the credit risk function and building relationships with key clients for the organisation.

The key duties for this Senior Credit Risk Specialist include:

  • Deliver timely credit decisions within established credit parameters and personal underwriting authority, ensuring a balance between risk management and supporting business and customer needs.
  • Provide commercially balanced recommendations with substantiated rationale for deals that exceed personal credit underwriting authority.
  • Assist in the daily credit management and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other business areas to ensure accurate lending decisions and fair outcomes for customers.
  • Achieve operational effectiveness and excellence within the business area, meeting KPI targets and objectives set by the organization.

The required skillset for this Senior Credit Risk Specialist is:

  • Strong experience in a B2B Credit risk/ credit underwriting environment (large deals, 100k+)
  • Strong communication and attentional to detail
  • Proven track record of building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in producing complex analysis on the credit risk of new clients
