Highly data-driven, they are on a mission to leverage their extensive data resources. Their goal is to achieve a deep understanding of each customer through personalized approaches and targeted marketing strategies, which has led to this CRM hire.
THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Executive, you will report into the CRM Manager and work in a team of 7, with a wider team of 15 within CRM/Automation. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Planning and executing acquisition, retention and re-engagement campaigns - working on the full end-to-end.
- Distributing campaigns across multi-channels; SMS and email.
- Driving insights from their CRM database to inform and develop CRM campaigns, working on strategy with senior leadership.
- Work collaboratively with various teams in the organisation to respond to customer needs.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Senior CRM Executive will have:
- There is a focus on loyalty-specific projects so experience working in a B2C environment is a must and experience working on a rewards/benefit card/loyalty program is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use Braze so this is preferred.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of marketing and CRM and a passion for this space.
- Strong, driven mindset - someone who is up for a challenge.
