This role is for a Senior CRM Officer who is adept at managing and maintaining our customer relationship management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving our marketing strategies and enhancing our customer experiences.

Description

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Work with the marketing team to utilise CRM for marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate at all times.
  • Monitor CRM trends and suggest improvements.
  • Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Report on CRM system usage and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CRM system is functioning optimally.

Profile

A successful 'Senior CRM Officer' should have:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in the educational sector.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
