THE COMPANY

A new senior-level CRO analytics hire has just gone live with a globally renowned agency.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior CRO Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and UX/UI to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation strategies to improve conversion rates
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis to enhance user experience and funnel performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior CRO Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in experimentation/web analytics/CRO, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates
• Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

THE BENEFITS

The successful Senior CRO Analyst will receive a salary of up to £65,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
