Senior Customer Service Administration
Full Time 9am - 4.30pm
£12.63 - £13.73p/h DOE

Office based in Livingston

We are recruiting for a rapidly growing company in Livingston who are looking to add to their vibrant customer service department! This is a small but mighty team who work in a family-feel environment.

What will you be doing?
* Managing a customer service inbox and responding to emails
* Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
* Helping customers to process orders online
* Chasing up deliveries and processing refunds
* Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve issues
* Responding to reviews on Trustpilot

What do you need?
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Showing empathy and understanding
* Excellent communication verbal and written
* Resilient and able to bounce back!
* Strong IT skills and able to use multiple systems
* Problem solving and able to prioritise work load
