Senior Customer Service Coordinator required to join, and motivate this small, busy, and personable team. Salary per annum will be £30,000, and hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm.

You will require own transport to access the office, and this is not a hybrid or remote working role.

Duties:

  • Motivate the team and handle escalated enquiries
  • Handle and escalate telephone and email enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and process orders
  • Record customer queries and complaints
  • Liaise with service providers over day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with the finance department, customers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
  • Research new solutions to different customer requests
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Support month-end invoice process

Experience:

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Team leader, supervisory, or management experience is beneficial
  • A natural leader
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Excellent IT skills
