We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Executive to work within a busy and exciting team with great emphasis on personal development and growth.

What will you be doing?

As the Senior Customer Service Executive your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

  • Support and develop the Customer Service team through a hands on, active approach
  • Dealing with a large range of incoming customer calls, liaising with internal departments to solve queries
  • Support with implementing systems, communicating changes and supporting the team by setting KPIs
  • Develop relationships across the business to foster strong team relations
  • Strong leadership skills, looking at process improvements

Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail is key for this role along with excellent verbal and written skills.

The salary for this position is £28,000p/a this is a full time, fixed term 12 month contract, this role offers hybrid working, 2 or 3 days per week office based. Parking is provided.
