A fantastic opportunity for a Senior CX Consultant to join a fast growing, innovative and creative organisation in the Ipswich.

As an experienced Senior CX Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CX strategies for some of the UK’s leading and most recognised brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to define, develop, and implement key CX strategies with multiple, key clients across the UK
  • Negotiate and sell CX solutions / technology services, with the ability to share points of view through storytelling
  • Implement business process, system and organisation transformation change strategy
  • Project manage the implementation of CX tools, CRM systems and customer journey mapping software
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the project, from cradle to grave
  • Build and maintain and lead effective relationships with clients, technical teams, and project teams members

Experience needed for the role:
  • Previous experience working within a CX Consultant position, with a strong focus on CX strategy design
  • Able to sell CX Solutions / technology services through storytelling
  • Experience managing multiple, end to end CX implementation projects
  • Technical knowledge of CX tools; CRM Systems, Customer Journey software, survey platforms etc.
  • Skilled in presenting to clients / large groups of key business stakeholders
