The Role:
We are looking for a highly driven individual who can build and lead a team to drive our brand’s data initiatives. As the Senior Data & Analytics Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming and interpreting complex data into valuable insights that can be applied across the business.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that allow business teams to make informed decisions.
  • Work with financial, e-commerce, wholesale, operations, and marketing data.
  • Uncover insights and provide recommendations to improve our digital product, e-commerce, customer marketing, and business strategies.
  • Create and Automate Reports/Tools: Communicate actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Prioritise Data Requests: Handle ad hoc analysis and create new dashboards.
  • Own the data roadmap and communicate the data strategy effectively and simply to functional leaders and executives.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data security and compliance, in partnership with external vendors.
  • Align with business goals.
  • Make data accessible to end users.
  • Keep reports up to date to meet business needs.
  • Address Internal Stakeholder Questions: Solve data, tool usage, and reporting issues.
  • Manage costs associated with vendors, partners, and third-party tools.
  • Aim for data democratization.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Use data to solve issues throughout the business, working closely with different departments to provide optimal data solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize data delivery and improve infrastructure for greater scalability.
  • Leverage the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Requirements:

This role requires a highly analytical person who can take ownership, lives and breathes data, and can handle a high-intensity workload:

  • Experience with DTC e-commerce and digital marketing data sources, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • +1 years of experience in a data or business analytics role in CPG or an agency environment supporting CPG brands.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, making data-driven decisions with confidence and clarity.
  • An inspiring leader who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Passionate and self-motivated about technologies in the Big Data area.
  • Passionate about all things health & well-being with an energetic, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Location: London + HybridSalary: £50,000 to £90,000 per annumBenefits:
