About you:?
This role will suit someone that has experience working within a Data Engineer role where you have designed, built and maintained a data warehouse and ETL pipelines. It will also be perfect for you if you have demonstrable experience working with Azure data factory.
Day-to-day, you will:?
• Design, build, maintain, and streamline our Data Warehouse and ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to the departmental data strategy and provide advice to technical teams on data schema, indexing and best practices.
• Liaise closely with Product and Growth teams and collaborating with software development teams.
• Lead by example by following industry best practices for data storage, transformation, and security.
Your skills and experiences might also include:??
• Experience in streamlining ETL pipelines.
• Azure Data Factory (Knowledge of Mapping Data flows using Spark would be beneficial)
• Data modelling (Knowledge of Data Vault would be beneficial)
• Databricks
• Knowledgeable in Big Data storage and writing complex SQL queries
• Python
