My customer, which works predominantly in the finance and insurance industry, went through a period of rapid growth and is currently looking to modernize its platforms and use the newest technologies.

They are currently looking for the following:

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER

Responsibilities includes:

• Lead Data Management and Architecture:
• Act as the lead data engineer supporting the firm's next-generation data platform,
• Develop and Optimize Data Pipelines: Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems..
• Data Integration and Storage Solutions:
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Continuous Improvement

Technical skills required:

• Microsoft Azure SQL (PaaS & IaaS), CosmosDB
• Azure Storage Solutions
• Azure DataLake (Gen2)
• Azure Data Factory, Pipelines and Integration Runtimes
• Snowflake Data Warehouse
• Power Apps including Power BI reporting (Desirable)
• Azure Synapse
• Reporting Services, Power BI & Tableau
• SQL, T-SQL and Python Programming
