Contract role - Senior Data Privacy Specialist - Hybrid /Manchester - 12 months contract - Inside IR35

• Contribute to the Bank’s data privacy program and support management to operationalize the Bank’s data privacy strategy and management framework
• Analyze data privacy legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices to support the development of guidance and implementation recommendations
• Contribute to the development of projects and programs that enhance and operationalize the firm's data privacy control framework.
• Support the deployment of privacy management technology and tools (automation) to enhance data privacy controls
• Support operational components of the enterprise/line of business/corporate function/regional data privacy program

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Data Privacy, Information Security, Records Management, Compliance, Consultancy or Financial Services background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or the applicable data privacy laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred.
• An execution-focused and results-oriented individual who collaborates well with others, has strong verbal and written communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities and changing requirements
