This is a great opportunity for a Data Scientist with a strong interest in a varied workplace with the opportunity to work across a variety of different business functions.

The Role

As a Data Scientist, you will have the choice across 4 core areas:

1. Consumer Insights: This role concentrates on analyzing consumer behavior within our loyalty app to generate insights for improving user retention and engagement. It requires prior experience with consumer behavior data, including raw data from GA. Experience in building consumer retention and/or churn models is a plus.
2. Test & Learn Framework: This role involves enhancing our internal Python-based framework for conducting and evaluating business experiments. Prior experience with A/B testing and a deep understanding of statistical methods for experiment evaluation are highly desirable. The role also requires hands-on analysis of business experiments, presenting findings in PPT, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
3. Pricing Optimization: This project aims to automate optimized pricing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with pricing, a solid foundation in statistics, and familiarity with various data science techniques, including clustering, tree-based methods, high-dimensional time series modeling, and neural networks.
4. Data Visualization for Test & Learn Framework: This role focuses on visualizing the results of Test & Learn experiments within a self-service web portal. Advanced skills in data visualization using Streamlit or other interactive Python-based frameworks are essential. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is an added advantage.
