Exciting Opportunity for a Senior DBA at a Software company!

Are you a seasoned Database Administrator (DBA) ready to take your career to the next level? An innovative software house are seeking a highly skilled Senior DBA to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for database management, optimisation, data integrity and DevOps we want to hear from you! The Senior DBA will own all data layers (Database, Storage, Reporting and Applications) and analyse current database architecture and design, and implement improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. The role is fully remote.

Key Skills the Senior DBA will have:

• At least 3 years Database administration experience (Oracle or SQL)
• Excellent experience with MySQL
• Open to DevOps automation practices (Testing / Developing environments)
• Good experience with Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerisation technologies.

Benefits

• Starting salary between £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
• 25 days + Bank Holiday
• 5% pension (Matched by Company)
• Bonus Scheme based on performance targets monthly (£600 a month)
• Health Insurance
