Location: Ipswich

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time opportunity available

Contract Type: Temporary Contract with the possibility of going permanent

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team. If you have a passion for helping people and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a small but growing team of receptionists supporting a 10 surgery dental facility
  • Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients with a smile.
  • Manage and schedule patient appointments with ease.
  • Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Keep patient records organised and confidential.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to keep our practice running like clockwork.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous dental experience/knowledge
  • Good level of computer literacy 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
