Remuneration: €49,000 - €60,000 / £42,000 - £51,000

The role of the Senior Designer - Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:

• Senior Designer position dealing with the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
• Produce AutoCAD and Revit drawings for electrical and mechanical installation work
• Ensure that standards are adhered to and that drawings produced are of the highest quality
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and enquiries
• Liaise with clients to discuss the technicalities of their requirements
• Create Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software
• Plan project programs/scheduling, and prepare submittals
• Building and developing relationships with clients
• Attending occasional client meetings and site surveys as and when required

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Designer - Fire Sprinkler Systems with:

• Must have 5 years+ Design experience in the fire sprinkler systems market sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, 2D AutoCAD and Revit MEP design software such as AutoSPRINK or similar
• Ideally a degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Must be confident and have excellent telephone manor
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Stable career background
• Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
